The Task
To create a limited edition label and presentation box to inspire cricket fans everywhere. Celebrating the 40th anniversary of the memorable 1981 Ashes victory as well as Sir Ian’s peerage, this limited release of only 1,000 bottleswas to appeal particularly to collectors of cricket memorabilia.
The Process.
We created an elegant presentation gift box and bottle laden with cricketing references - the crossed stumps in the resin seal, the iconic silhouette of one of Beefy’s massive game-clinchingstrokes, to the series of numbers that only the true cricket fan would decipher.
Presented in a black stained ash box with inlays, the bottle has hand applied labelswhich have been individually numbered and autographed by Sir Ian.
The Result
A true collector’s item that celebrates past achievements as well as (now) Lord Botham’s most recent accomplishment - that of a winemaker. Cheers.
