Evolving a successful brand

Already the leading brand in the premium cooked ham sector of the Irish sliced meats market, Brady Family needed to reinforce its quality and real ham credentials.

 

The Task

A brand refresh for Brady Family to accentuate its premium quality with better on pack communication to present its breadth of products.

 

The Process

We helped sharpen the brand’s positioning and created a new product range architecture to best present the diversity of Brady Family’s products.

The brand identity was evolved. The overall shape was simplified giving it a more confident stance on pack, the typography was refined and the provenance of Timahoe, Co. Kildare simplified. Its burgundy and cream colour ways were freshened up with accents of gold to give it that special quality.

Working with the agreed product range architecture, pack graphics were developed across the range to reflect the architecture and clearly present its Core sliced meats products, Just Add, Delicatessen quality and Master Butcher for its speciality meats.

The new design was rolled out across each of the ranges consisting of a total of over 20 skus supported by its equally well crafted shelf ready packs.

 

The Result

The Brady Family’s new refreshed branding and packaging design launched into all major retailers in July 2022. The brand presents its same unrivalled premium quality yet further enhancing its real ham credentials and confidence amongst its key competitors.
