The Task
The existing jars and labels fell short in effectively representing the brand's commitment to ethical sourcing and the exceptional quality of the products. Therefore, Steenbergs’ needed a fresh, contemporary branding and packaging overhaul to efficiently represent these core values whilst still retaining the artisan brand feel.
The Solution
All the spices needed to work with a set of templates that could present each product’s authenticity as well as the brand’s specialism. The product range was divided into three distinct sectors: spices, spice blends, and salts & peppers.
These templates needed to maintain the unmistakable Steenbergs style while incorporating a contemporary typeface that could also function as a pattern. They were designed to showcase the origin of each product and its unique characteristics. The flavours range featured vibrant colours and individual patterns, adding an extra layer of visual appeal.
The Result
A cost effective set of templates that could work across all its 60 plus products and be easily navigable. Launched Spring 2023.
